Therefore, we assessed and compared the efficacy of corneal anaesthesia after application of 0.4% oxybuprocaine hydrochloride and 0.5% proparacaine hydrochloride ophthalmic solution inclinically normal cattle.The 24 clinically normal cows were allocated into two groups.
